Build Your Reputation With Online Customer Reviews and Ratings

In a recent survey, 83.8 percent of respondents said that they would trust user reviews over a critic. Yelp (yelp.com) is one of the largest and most influential user review and rating sites on the Internet today.

Take a few minutes to set up a profile for your business. Invite your best customers to post a review of your company. Then, place a link to your reviews prominently on your home page. These reviews make it easier for your ideal customers to “get to yes” faster, while lending you credibility as the search engines spread the good news.
