I've delegated everything from customer service calls to my bookkeeping to my entire marketing system. I find that I'm able to accomplish 10 times more in a week than most people can in a year. Its all about creating the right systems and hiring the right people... I'm always surprised when an entrepreneur says, "I can't afford it" or "I dont know what to let go of." I actually wrote a free report on 101 of the tasks that I delegate to VAs (or experts, contractors, etc.) that free up my time for what's important.
