And  that one thing doesn’t have to take long, be difficult or cost a  lot. Here are a few of my favorites:

• Comment on a blog post, online article or forum question
• Call a past or current client to check in
• Send a thank you or greeting card to someone who deserves it
• Twitter something useful or inspiring
