Hi Melanie,
Thanks for the terrific comment, and for sharing your list of 101 things your VA team does for you.

So many people seem to have trouble deciding what, if anything, they can let go. But once you get a good team and start delegating it's amazing how much you can outsource.

I swear, I wouldn't know what to do without my VA teams anymore!

Best,
Stacy

I agree...it is very hard to get everything on your marketing list done yourself.

A few things that I delegate that free up a ton of time are:

- Setting up and managing speaking requests (including all the one-sheets, pix and calendar coordination.)
- Cross promoting teleclasses and live events on other social media and online calendars
- Article submissions & blog postings with proper keywords
- Putting my ezine together
- Coordinating testimonials and client spotlights

I've actually got a list of 101 things that my VAs and team members do to help us serve our clients and grow our bottom line (while freeing me up so I only work 3.5 days a week.) I'm happy to share it -- it's on my website at http://www.successconnections.com/101ways.

Thanks for a great post and congrats on finding out now that you can get so much more done by delegating many of your marketing tasks!

Hi Melanie,
Thanks for the terrific comment, and for sharing your list of 101 things your VA team does for you.

So many people seem to have trouble deciding what, if anything, they can let go. But once you get a good team and start delegating it's amazing how much you can outsource.

I swear, I wouldn't know what to do without my VA teams anymore!

Best,
Stacy

Hi Melanie,
Thanks for the terrific comment, and for sharing your list of 101 things your VA team does for you.
